Help for sleep
I've been taking apigenin regularly to help with my sleep. It seems to work well on some nights, while on others I don't notice as much of an effect. Even so, I think it has been a helpful addition to my sleep routine. The quality of this product is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with it. I'll continue using it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality apigenin supplement

If you research apigenin, you'll find that the recommended dose is 500mg/day. You need ten capsules/day of this product to get what's recommended.

I have noticed a positive difference in my stress level and feeling of relaxation. I was hoping it would help with my anxiety and IT HAS. Will reorder. By the way, it is used for other things, but I listened to a neuroscientist who mentioned he uses it, that’s why I tried it.

Exactly what I ordered. Apigenin is a critical Flavonoid and it says to take one per day , but the oral efficacy is kind of a mystery. Would be nice if it came with some disclosure in the packaging...
