It's working for me
My PSA was above normal level of 4.0 starting in early 2022 due to BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). From 2022 - 2024 my PSA level was between 4.6 and 5.3. I noticed that I was waking up to urinate 1 - 2 hrs before my alarm went off. I started taking Prostate Essentials Plus in Dec 2024. My last 2 PSA readings in May & Oct 2025 were within the normal range (both 3.9). So this supplement appears to be effective for me and I've recommended it to 2 family members who also have BPH. I'll continue to take this supplement and will have my PSA level checked every 6 months. If/when it's no longer effective then I'll probably switch to prescription meds.

Happy PSA
Contains all the correct botanicals and minerals for keeping that aging prostate in a good state. An MD after taking my PSA asked, how does an aging man in his 70s keep his PSA so low (non detect)? This formula is one of the keys.

It appears there has been a formula change to this product. Zinc picolinate has been replaced by zinc oxide, the "used" inert form of zinc. Zinc Oxide is similar to iron oxide aka rust. This switch would be like switching your car out for a pile of rust. I appears Prostate Essentials has not changed so I'm purchasing that and get additional selenium pills to replace this product.

One of the best, reasonably price, sleep enhancing product on the market!
I have tried a lot of Melatonin products, over time, and this one seems to be the best for providing restful sleep for 8+ hours without feeling "groggy" the next morning.

Pretty Good Product
For years I have been using the Saw Palmetto Complex but that is “out of out of stock”, so I tried this product. I have found it to be almost, but not quite as effective. I would still prefer the later, but this is an acceptable substitute.

when i went to the doctor a couple of months ago i was told my PSA was a little high after taking prostate essentials plus combine with saw palmetto for a couple of months, I return for my check up again and PSA was normal.
