    Synthetic Vitamin E

    I stopped taking this product when I discovered that the first ingredient listed is dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, which is a synthetic form of Vitamin E. I have since switched to NOW E-400, which is 100% natural and contains mixed tocopherols: alpha, beta, delta and gamma. Suggest everyone research this and compare.

    Good Combo

    I could not find many Vitamin E supplements combined with Selenium. Another bonus is the price. I noticed a lot of other places were more money. Selenium is necessary for my thyroid and this has been a great additon. I think it helps with immunity also.

    Works Great for me

    I liked them much better before they began coating them with some kind of oily substance. But that is personal preference. The quality is good and does work great for me. I would recommend them.

    Necessary for skin

    my aging skin has been dry- researched a bit have added this combo to try to help. IT has not been long enough yet for a full cell turn over - old age takes 40 days :-)

    One of my favorite products

    This is one of my favorite Swanson's products that I order regularly. I haven't found it at a better price anywhere else, it's the right dosage, I appreciate the inclusion of Selenium and I take this Vitamin E daily.
