Swanson SeMSC Selenium
Swanson SeMSC Selenium works very well for me it take it mostly for immune purposes and believe it is working well. I say believe because I haven't had to battle with colds or flu but I do take a flu shot every year because of my age and believe the selenium assist me with good health..

So, I got all my Swanson vitamins the other day---thought I would save money, however, when I muscle tested (using kinesiology) with them they all failed except the zinc. Thus, I have wasted my money and not saved at all. What a disappointment, entirely!

SEMC Selenium, this product smelled so bad i was unable to take it. I bought 2 bottles and they both smelled terrible. I should have returned them but to big a hassle .
