    Amazing chamomile

    Very calming and relaxing. I love chamomile. I drink it and teas but having it in capsules as nice too. It has helped me during panic attacks. It also helps tension with my fibromyalgia. I’ve tried several brands. Swanson is the only brand I found that actually works.

    better than chamomile tea

    I feel like I am getting more chamomile by taking 2 capsules of this, versus drinking a cup of chamomile tea. Some nights I take these along with my chamomile tea for an extra strong dose.

    It relaxes me without making me sleepy. I would recommend it to a friend. What I don’t like is that sometimes you run out of a product and it takes a long time to get it back again.

    Excellent product

    I like Swanson's chamomile better than other brands I've tried. Some of them have kind of an aftertaste. Swanson's does not. Plus, it does what I need it to do: reduce stress, and allow me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Wouldn't give it up for anything!

    Chamomile capsules

    I have been buying this product for the last couple of years. It helps me to sleep at night and wake refreshed. And best of all you don’t have to worry about getting up all night long to use the bathroom like you would have to if you drank chamomile tea.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't tell I had even taken this product, even though I tried it numerous different times. I tried 1, 2, or 3 capsules at a time, and I tried it both with food and also on an empty stomach with water. I could never feel anything different whatsoever. I think it must just not have enough of chamomile's active components in it.
