Swanson Dim Complex 100 mg, 30 Capsules

Love this product. I can tell when I dont take it. If helps with mood balance and my hormone imbalance.

I have had BPH problems for many years, until I could no longer urinate and had scheduled prostate surgery. I had been taking 1 capsule of DIM complex daily for awhile, but increased it to 3 capsules daily. I have since cancelled surgery because my BPH problems have disappeared, since late October, 2022. I highly recommend this product to those men having BPH issues.

I am confident that the formula is a good one, but I take many supplements and usually can't say what effects I notice from this or that pill.

Not very effective compared to other brands I have used. I will not be getting this one again.

Was told by a surgeon that no medication can help my prostate problem. I had been taking Saw Palmetto successfully for years to control DHT. Then something changed. Learned that men as they age begin to build up estrogen, and that also can cause prostate problems. After prayer, I learned about DIM, and began taking it the first week three times a day with meals. Within a short time my ability urinate returned to normal. Now I like to have DIM stocked at home. Its seems that in the winter months its more needed than the warm weather season.

There is no way to determine if this product is working.

Looking at this, you would think that it's more for women, but guys need this too. It 'balances' the hormones, and can help get rid of excess estrogen. For guys, that's good. Unless you want to eat a TON of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower), then you want to try this. It is a 'little' pricey, but well worth it. Get it on sale and stock up!

I bought this a month ago and so far it appears to be helping.

Swanson's DIM product has helped me to add muscle mass combined with weight training. This is because DIM decreases estrogen levels in the body and as an elderly male this is a positive reaction when you want to increase muscle mass. In relation to estrogen then testosterone increases.

This supplement has lived up to everything I have heard about it. I am extremely please with the results I have gotten from using this product. A must have in my cabinet.

I started using this product instead of melatonin for sleep. It helps me get a good nights sleep and to get to sleep faster.

It was suggested by a doctor that I take DIM. I used another brand for a long time but it was discontinued. Glad that Swanson now has it but I have no way to know if the product is effective and if the quality is up to par. I would not recommend it to a friend because I don't have enough info.

It's pretty impressive to read in Swanson's product description that one of these DIM 100 mg. capsules will provide equivalent vital nutrients as eating several pounds of cruciferous vegetables. In the interest of optimum health, I don't think it's a good idea to omit lots of fresh vegetables from one's daily diet. I eat some cruciferous vegetables every day, and over a week's time, I eat a good quantity of quite a few of them (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, radishes, etc., etc.). That being said, I still take a DIM 100 mg. capsules once or twice every day to fortify my cruciferous vegetable nutrition AND very importantly as positive nourishment for a healthy prostate. It is also a known fact that for men, what's good for the prostate is also good for the hair --- both the thickness and having a full, youthful hairline. Saw Palmetto, Zinc, Pumpkin Seeds, Vitamin F (Alpha Linolenic Acid from Flaxseed Oil), Grapeseed Extract, Rosemary, and Green Tea all are contributors to my own personal healthy prostate / thick healthy hair daily regimen. As a scientist, I like to attack a situation from every possible angle. This Swanson Ultra DIM Complex 100 mg. capsule product produces positively as part of my prostate and hair program. I like it and recommend it. Works for me.

I only took this two times and this supplement gave me the worst stomach ache I have ever had that lasted 5 days! I need to return it!

I have been purchasing this product from Swansons since 2010. I BELIEVE STRONGLY that this is a WEAKER product than it once was when I originally started consuming it in 2010. When taken as directed, my urine no longer has the tell-tale orange discoloration typically caused by a high-quality DIM supplement, such was was caused by the 2010-2011 Swansons DIM product. Aside from the orange urine, or lack thereof, I feel a lack of therapeutic effects from this product, although of course, this could all be in my head (placebo effect or lack thereof)

My doctor recommends 100mg/day this is 25 mg of DIM. Tricky wording.

I am eating healthier these days, but not perfectly. I think this product is helping me lose a little weight and belly fat without any side effects. I wish they sold bigger bottles.
