Great for some....

My Husband takes this when he feels a cold is coming on. It seems to shorten his cold symptoms. He feels it builds up his immune system. I myself cannot take it, it makes my heart rate go up.

another Wow! Great Price ! Great Quality ! So many uses for this !a must have to have on hand for the cold and flu season ,.and? I brush my teeth with it ! I know? right? it helps reduce bacteria ( I do mix it with clove and a few spices and an organic oil ) and it works wonders ! Very much worth the price and quantity ! Really Good !!

High Quality Echinacea

Very happy with the Swanson echinacea. If I feel like I might be getting sick, can take two echinacea capsules along with Emergen-C packet and it will get rid of any ill effects I might be having. This is not 100% but most every time it works.

Personal reasons for taking Ehinacea

Echinacea is a herbal product used for medicinal purposes and has antibiotic properties. I use it for sinus infections that regular prescription antibiotics don't seem to touch. When not infected with a virus or bacteria, I use it as a preventive, taking a couple of capsules every 4 or 5 days.

Taking Echinacea daily is my every day regiment.

I have been taking Echinacea for decades. I take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner. I am convinced that it helps keep my inmune system in check.
