Helped relieve the physical symptoms of my anxiety
Relieved a lot of the physical symptoms of my anxiety - no more excessive sweating, insomnia, headaches, tense shoulders & neck pain. Not a cure all, but combined with grounding actives like journaling and yoga it's very effective. It does smell terrible though, so keep the lid on tight. Highly recommend!

Works very well
I like this product and it does help in getting a restful sleep. I take one before bedtime and sleep very peacefully. If I do wake up for whatever reason in the "wee hours", sometimes I will take another and crawl back into bed. I will definitely get more of this!

Bad Batch
Low potency. It did nothing to help my sleep. The typical valerian smell was missing, therefore I think it was a bad batch. Will not order again.

Taking 2 of these valerian capsules before going to bed, gives me good restful sleep. I wake up in the morning feeling refresh. I don't have to take them every night. but I still get good restful sleep.
