MOLDY
The same night it was purchased, I opened the package cause I saw some white residue. Yup, the ends you can't see unless the package is opened was extremely moldy. I've purchased this in the past from Vons and it took a week or more for the corn to mold. Target, do better than sell a moldy brand.

Moldy and Inedible
From the outside of the package, the corn looked fine (albeit, a little pale but noticed nothing else outside the ordinary). When I opened it up, every single cob was moldy on the end, and the kernels were “gummy.” I tried to cut off the ends and salvage what I could, but the taste was off and I threw them away. This doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident, as there are many reviews that mention mold. I love target, but suggest you get your corn elsewhere.

Okay corn
Frankly, I was surprised at the quality of this corn. I consider myself quite the  cornnoisseur if you will. I’ve tried corn from all the local grocers and this corn, I have to say, is decent. It has nicely sized kernels, and a beautiful golden color a girl could match to her dress. I know, I’ve done it. B+ from me target.

Always a regular on my list!
I order this corn all the time to grill for dinner. I know there are a lot of bad reviews and issues mentioned with mold but my experience has been great. I think it may depend on the quality of your local Target and how closely they monitor the produce. The last pack that I bought actually sat in the refrigerator for almost a week before we used it because the weather wasn’t nice enough to grill and it was still perfect.
