I’m quite picky about canned soup, and this is definitely one of the best I’ve had. It almost doesn’t taste canned. I added a tiny pinch of MSG, a shake of red pepper flakes, and a little shake of dried basil. Next time I’ll add a squeeze of lemon too. Filling, satisfying, and decently nutritious. No weird textures.

Good, could have stronger flavors
3.5 stars. I like how much protein is in this, but it’s somewhat bland. I have been adding salt, pepper and oregano to it to make it more interesting.

This was a good flavorful canned soup main ingredients are Water, Lentils, Tomato Puree (water, tomato paste), Chickpeas, Roasted Red Bell Peppers. That’s why it has such a great flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sad leave me and my husband ate this for lunch and he threw the can away so I was unable to take a picture but this soup was absolutely delicious and it beats not having to soak the lentils overnight! I will definitely be buying this again and when I do all update the picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked that the Protein Mediterranean-Style Lentil Soup includes 24 grams of protein per can. However, I did not like that a can also comes with 1440mg of sodium, which is 63% of the recommended daily sodium intake. I ended up diluting the soup with water in order to reduce the saltiness. The flavor was okay, but I likely will purchase it in the future due to the very high amount of sodium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soup was extremely delicious. I love lentil soup and 24g of protein is perfect to consume. Just enough of everything in this soup. The flavor was on point and the only thing is the sodium there was a lot of salt. I try to stick with something that is 500 or below but overall it was delicious. I don’t usually buy can soups but if in were to this would be the one to purchase.

Can add extras to it if you’d like such as carrots or meat. However, it’s fine on its own hot or room temperature.
