Directions Stovetop 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil; salt to taste, if desired. 2. Add noodles and return to a boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Boil 7 to 8 minutes until noodles are tender. Remove from heat; drain.

These are not wide egg noodles. They are a spiral rotini and have the thickness and texture similar to a pasta noodle. I did not enjoy them. I wouldn’t consider these for soups, stroganoff or casserole.
