Only Noodles I Use. I Grew Up With "No Yolks" I've Replaced Them. These Don't Boil Over (They're Less Starchy) They Taste Better And They're Cheaper! I Don't grocery Shop At Target So I Make Sure To Buy 3-5 Bags Whenever Iam On The Grocery Side So I'm Not caught Without Noodles. They ARE THAT Good.

Great in soups, cassarole, or stir-fried. They soak up sauces really well! Quick to cook ~8-10mins so the package says. Leave it in too long then for sure it'll get soggy. Usually pick up 2-3 bags when I'm in the area. Wish there was a healthier alternative but this will do.

I keep getting these when what I want is No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles. These do not behave like No Yolks. I prefer No Yolks in many casserole dishes because they don't get mushy and don't absorb all the liquid. I've been making my basic tuna casserole for decades, and I've made it twice with these, and both times, it was awful. It was like it had no mushroom soup in it, nothing to make it creamy. They just dried it out so it was like eating tuna and plain noodles. Please don't advertise these like they are like No Yolks. They're not.

Not sure what the reviewer before me (Alyse S) is talking about. I always buy these and they cook perfectly fine. Perhaps she should rinse after cooking the 8-10 mins? These are perfect if you are avoiding cholesterol and like the texture of egg noodles. They hold shape as long as you don’t overcook them.
