A: I recently interacted with a supervised 6mo baby sitting comfortably in one of these at a public pool; I'm going to buy one for my son who is also 6mo old, and over 17lbs. The 9-24 month age range is of course a safety guideline from the manufacturer, but every baby is different — and it's more about size & ability than exact age — so if your baby is holding up their head on their own and has outgrown the smaller size then it sounds like a good option.

We loved it the one and only time we were able to use it! The valve for deflating it was great but then seemed to get stuck and wouldn't allow the float to be inflated again. We were able to use it one time for about an hour.

Its okay. Wouldnt reccomend for an infant.
Its nice quality but the mesh seat is too long for an infant. Id say this is more for a 2-3 year old.

Doesnt fold back up easy
I love this float but am I the only one who has trouble folding it back up??? It’s like it fights back at me when I try to fold it and the best I can get is two large circles that does not fit back in the bag?? Spent 30 mins trying to fold it and gave up.

Floats well, gives baby space in the insert. But the sun protection cover doesn’t cover your baby from the sun no matter the angle you move it to.So what I did was unclipped the back and pulled it forward to cover my baby from the sun. I shouldn’t have to though . . .
