A: Tampx Lites are the best place to start for Teens; however, when using tampons, it’s important to choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. Because the amount of flow varies from day to day, it’s likely that you'll need to use different absorbencies on different days of your period. Selecting the right absorbency comes with experience but, as a guide, if a tampon absorbs as much as it can and has to be changed before four hours, then you may want to try a higher absorbency. On the other hand, if you remove a tampon and after 4-8 hours white fiber is still showing, you should choose a lower absorbency. A tampon can be worn for a maximum of 8 hours. When using a tampon at night, choose the lowest absorbency needed, insert a fresh one just before going to bed and remove it as soon as you wake up in the morning. when i used to get my period, these were the tampons i used! i loved how easy it was to insert because of the packaging, it felt very sanitary! the supers were the best on heavy days, and stayed in for a long period of time! i rarely ever leaked tbh!

These are super convenient for while on the go. They fit in your pocket and aren't noticeable. The clicking it open is easy and the plastic casing is sturdy like the regular ones. I do prefer regular tampons over the pocket ones for every day, but these are good while out and about.

I’m so over adding this braid to all the products. All it does is make massive leaks happen down the “braid”. I used the radiant before they modified it, now I’m looking for a new brand all together. Then the new packaging you have to pick everyone up to read it to figure it what size it is.

We know how frustrating that can be and have some tips we hope will help prevent it from happening again. Using a lower-absorbency tampon for a heavy flow may fill the tampon up quickly and, if not changed soon enough, may result in leakage. Sometimes too, heavy clotting may coat the tampon and prevent thinner blood from being absorbed. In both cases, using a higher-absorbency tampon is recommended. These are mini tampons, and trying to leave it in is difficult because of the way it’s made. I’ve hurt myself with the applicator trying to figure it out and wasted a couple of these as well.

Playtex pocket tampons are small but still mighty absorbent. It's comfortable and I am not worried about leakage. It's individually wrapped and I can have it in my purse discreetly. The applicator makes it easy to use.

Leak-guard braid, which is essential for protection and unscented for optimal health. Textured grip and Gentle applicator along with its smart envelope/wrapper design to dispose of after use. Fee of dyes, chlorine bleaching, perfumes and proven gentle to the skin. These RADIANT tampons by TAMPAX check ALL the boxes!!! These are my new go-to and I’m not looking back!

The absorption has a lot of leeway, so if I guess wrong, I still have plenty of time to address the issue without staining anything. The resealable tampon package is genius. I love it so much. The applicator is easy to use, and I do notice way less odor with these than other products. I will use this line until I no longer have periods. I tell everyone I know that this is the HG for period products.
