Great travel mouse. This was a replacement purchase. I had the previous one for 5 years and always take it when travelling.

light, so portable, and doesn't rely on bluetooth, which means one less thing to worry about.

This is a replacement item for my computer, since the last one's coil mechanism decided to strip the outer casing of the cable. Not sure how long this one will last so only 3* the last one was 15 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I ordered this mouse, I primarily planning to use it just for travel, but I actually have found myself using it all the time - both in and out of the house. It’s lightweight and tiny and barely takes up any space in my bag. I also really like the fact that the cord auto retracts when you pull it out, so I don’t have cords twisting everywhere making a mess in my bag. I’m used to using a wireless mouse, and I have to say that I actually appreciate that this one is wired because I don’t have to worry about losing the little Bluetooth USB connector. Also, heads up that the port connection is USB A, so you’ll need to make sure your laptop has at least one USB A port – worth mentioning because it seems like a lot of devices are moving toward USB C. Due to the small size, this is a great option for anyone who travels, but you might find yourself just using it all the time, like me :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Compact BlueTrace Mouse from Targus is extremely handy and very easy to use (plug and play using a USB port on your laptop). Its Blue Trace Technology (optical and laser) makes it work effortlessly on almost any surface (granite, wood, glass, even carpet). The retractable cord is great way to eliminate "all those extra cords". This compact mouse is a godsend! I highly recommend it.

I can keep my this mouse in my briefcase pocket and always have a mouse with me when going to meetings or working remote. Easy to use and easy to carry around. The retractable cord is really nice as other cords do not get tangled in my briefcase storage pocket.

It pulls out to the length you need then back when you want it shorter or to original . I also like that it isn't loud when clicking the mouse.

You can literally fit 2 fingers over this mouse and then "cup" your fingers around it to control the mouse. The feel is not terrible and does comfortably fit into my laptop however when I pull the cord out it almost binds up or comes out loose and makes it a little harder to get back together to retract.

I thought the small size of the mouse, would feel awkward in my large hand, but I was wrong. It fit very comfortably and felt good. It moves effortlessly over the surfaces I've used it on, the arm of my recliner, the laptop and even my leg! I like how the cord retracts after use too. When I reverted back to my old mouse, it felt like I was moving a brick! I'm sticking with this handy little gadget!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thinking this mouse was wireless, but it has a retracting cord for the USB, which can be a little awkward. It can get in the way and it tends to get caught on the roller. I like that it's small and it fits my hand but does put a weird flexion on my wrist.

It is so convenient. I am hooked on the retractable cord. This mouse is so much smaller than my usual one and I also like that. This is my new mouse and I'm loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this mouse right away. It is very responsive, fast, precise and smooth when surfing the net or just using programs on the computer. It is very small, maybe a bit too small for my medium sized hand. However, it is great for working when you have a small space to move the mouse around. I used it with both a mouse pad and just the wooden desktop surface and it worked just as well on the desktop. This is probably due to the laser technology. I noticed that the cord seemed strong but thin and may not take much tough use or abuse. It did retract and stretch easily though. I have not used it for months, so I cannot evaluate its durability over time. It worked great with my laptop. It was plug and play with no setup needed. I recommend this mouse for anyone with a laptop, especially if you have a small space to move a mouse around in.
