Awful bleach smell

Used to tie a herb bunch in stroganoff, and the same night, two people who ate it got sick. The next week, we couldn't figure out why the island drawers smelled so awful, but realized it was coming from this roll of twine. Weeks later, the drawers still smell terrible, but the smell is finally dissapating. I will only buy unbleached items to use in cooking from now on.

Great product

Great quality! If you’re using it on something you bake that is dry like breads, just coat it in oil first to avoid any fibers sticking. If you can’t do this and they do stick just pull off what you can and gently take a lighter over the remaining fibers to burn them off. Works like a charm. I use this all the time and it’s great

Very thin - would not typically use for tying a roast

It’s very thin - it cut my tenderloin when I was trying to tie it off. If I’d pulled tighter I think it would have cut slices for me.

Not Twine.

This is extremely thin. I don't know what it would be good for but you can't use it to truss a bird or really anything. This is not twine. It's thread. Pretty much useless.

Too thin

This baker's twine is so thin that it will cut through the meat if used tightly.
