This is my third BAII Plus Calculator, My other 2 just stopped working unexpectedly. The only reason why I bought another one is because this is one of the few calculators I could find to help calculate loan payments for home and auto loans along with amortization. Battery comes already installed. Comes with a small booklet going over the functions and buttons. It's a good calculator for quick Finance problems. I got my syllabus two days before class start that said I needed this calculator. Oh I needed it alright. The instruction manual that comes with the calculator is small, and somewhat helpful. There are YouTube videos that walk you through how to use the calculator. Subscribe and review those videos as they are a big help.
