This is a replacement of the first one I purchased and was completely smashed into pieces after curbside pick up. It was not wrapped or even in a bag. Just tossed in the trunk and banged into another vase. Now this vase #2 has red pen all over it. Am I supposed to return it for a third time, wait another 5-6 business days for a refund, re-order another one, and drive across town yet again? What gives?
