This workbook offers insights and exercises to help you set, communicate, and uphold clear and consistent boundaries--so you can enjoy more rewarding relationships and start living the life you truly want.

What sets this boundaries book apart:

  • The basics of boundary-setting--Understand your needs, find freedom from limiting beliefs about yourself, and create boundaries that support your overall well-being.
  • An array of engaging exercises--Explore writing prompts, actionable scripts, and mindfulness activities that help you maintain your boundaries and practice self-care.
  • Additional support--Complete this workbook on its own or in conjunction with The Boundaries Journal for extra guidance and self-reflection.

Learn how to set realistic limitations and prioritize your well-being with The Boundaries Workbook.

Review Quotes

"The Boundaries Workbook by Jake Morrill is a user-friendly resource for reflection and action about one of the critical puzzles of family life, how to balance adequate emotional connection with adequate emotional space. It is clearly written, contains usable reflection worksheets, and will help people take strategic actions toward improved relationships. It is particularly useful for those who are hyper-adaptive to others and may feel depressed or confused as a result. It contains useful guidance for those who adapt too much to their children or parents." --Erik Thompson, leadership psychologist, Thompson Leadership Development

"Often, the most important step toward maturity is the ability to observe yourself. Jake Morrill brings his zeal for helping others to this workbook and gives folks a way to begin to think about how they are able to be responsible for self." --Amie Post, LCMFT
