The Casper Element Mattress - King: Medium Firm, Cooling Technology, CertiPUR-US Certified, 10-Year Warranty, 10" Thickness

So it's been 3 years since I purchased my mattress. Did it on a whim having never slept on a foam mattress and it's been incredible. Rotate it once a month and there's no signs of wear. I'll never purchase a mattress from another brand. Comfort can be dependent on your size so mileage may vary (I'm 125lbs for context). Highly recommend this bed.

I love it i slept like really good and it insane because I have nights where its really hard to sleep i slept the entire night

Bounces around and slides back and forth on the foundation because it is light in weight. Uncomfortable and hard to sleep on because the entire mattress moves when you turn over or try to get on or off the bed

Very disappointed. Poor quality. Let it sit for 24 hours, and the mattress only rose to a little over 9 inches. Bounces around a lot. Doesn’t stay put on the bed foundation. Worst mattress I’ve purchased to date. Worse than the cheaper mattress that I replaced. Super light. Feels like pillow Fiber instead of a hybrid mattress

I loved my Casper element and was so excited to get a Black Friday deal to replace it now that it’s worn out. When it arrived, I let it air out the standard 48 hours then eagerly laid down to feel that familiar cloud like softness - only to be met with a ROCK HARD MATTRESS. Upon doing some research, it turns outs Casper “upgraded” the Element mattress to the Element Pro in September 2022 and I guess the stores are now selling that version. It is NOTHING like the amazing original. If you are a repeat buyer, just stay away unless you’d rather quote literally sleep on a rock.

Got this mattress during a rushed move, and 11 months later it’s falling apart. It sinks in spots and I slept alone for all but one of those months. Imagine my embarrassment when I finally had someone to stay over and both our backs hurt from sleeping in this bed. Don’t waste your money.

The bed is comfortable however it still has this plastic smell and it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing helps get rid of the smell and I don’t even have the box to return it because I thought it’d fade with time I bought this for myself as a birthday gift and it just really sucks that this smell won’t go away.

Great bed!!!! Perfect we got a twin and love it for our son! Great price love that it’s environmental friendly and great quality!

I have not been able to sleep on it. I was so excited to get it but it is too firm. I bought it a month ago but I am sleeping on my couch till I can get something else. I even bought 3 inch memory foam to put on top. it did not help. Try one out before you buy to be sure you like it. If you like firm then you will like it.

It’s very comfortable but it’s false advertisement, it’s not 10 inches but more like 8 inches.

Love this mattress! Definitely noticed a change in my mornings, I wake up well rested and with much more energy. Worth the money but still not as good as a thousand dollar mattress.

I have had this mattress for 3 months now and I LOVE IT.

Just like everyone else, I was apprehensive about buying a mattress in a box. My husband and I had experience mattresses that were destroyed during a military move. I did research on the best mattress brands sold in a box, and Casper came up. It was pricey; so, I sale watched. Target ran a sale with a huge discount, and I immediately bought. 2 day later our mattress arrived, hubby unboxed, and we slept on it the same night. Right amount of softness and firmness. Item presentation was perfect, smelled fine, and great quality.

Decided that this mattress wouldn’t work right away- needed this for a spare room- have had a hybrid mattress (high end Simmons) and know what good memory foam should feel like. This isn’t it- extremely bouncy feeling and almost an “inflated” feel to this mattress. Also not nearly firm enough for a 200 lb person.
