Quality Issues

All my family buys is onion bagels. 2 weeks ago they were less dense and full of air pockets. This week's bag is super dense and hard. Nothing wrong with packaging and they still have 5 days left by the freshness use by date. The dense bagels even have weird yellowish discoloration on the inside when cut
