Very disappointing that bagels and muffins are booked engineered. We will no longer be buying your products. Alot of other people wont be either

Quality Issues

All my family buys is onion bagels. 2 weeks ago they were less dense and full of air pockets. This week's bag is super dense and hard. Nothing wrong with packaging and they still have 5 days left by the freshness use by date. The dense bagels even have weird yellowish discoloration on the inside when cut
