The box was well packaged, screws were accounted for, directions could have been better even. Took a while to understand and figure out but once I did it was OK. Assembly took me a long time but once it was finished I'm satisfied with the finished product. One of the part came cracked but I used it anyway. I emailed them like they instructed to replace the part but I didn't get a reply yet.

Wear down and fall apart after 14 months
Got two of these. Put together about 14 months ago and it’s falling apart. We got these to store some our kids toys and our kids to sit on. Unfortunately the screws on both units started stripping and eventually fell out to the point where they’re not safe for our kids to use anymore and we have to get rid of them.

The box arrived after thr first box was canceled due to "damage." This box was also wet and damaged. I'm slowly pulling out the pieces to see how extensive this is.

Nice additional storage and seating
Good bench fairly good quality a little bit difficult to assemble, everything doesn’t lineup exactly but it’s close enough, especially if you put a cushion on top it hides some of the imperfections. It’s nice to have the additional kitchen storage for the air fryer and the Insta pot and odds and ends. The seat cushions are fairly comfortable but they slide around. I’ll probably add some sticky Velcro and maybe reupholster them because the colors offered aren’t quite right for my taste in my home. Overall good purchase and a price point.

Definitely surprised at the quality of the product. Product was packaged well and received un damaged. Highly recommend that you read Instructions thoroughly before assembly to understand exactly how the benches are assembled. Also recommend the use if a drill driver, wood clamps and wood glue during assembly as these will greatly improve the assembly. Assembly Hardware is more than plentiful and of decent quality except for the screws provided for the seat hinges. I replaced these with a longer screw. Overall, great product and a great addition to our breakfast nook.

My order has been delayed since JULY. Every time I’ve contacted customer support they’ve told me it’ll be the last time the order is delayed but now it’s delayed until October. I don’t understand why it’s taking months to ship this. At this point I’m not sure if I should just cancel the order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with my rating of a 3. That’s ONLY because the instructions are trash and super confusing. The product itself is a 10/10 easy. It’s sturdy, large, and way more than I bargained for. We are now rearranging our living room to make this work. The color is almost like a white wash; you can see the wood grain still. It’s so pretty! It has hinges to keep it from slamming close. If your style is the white/farmhouse type of style and you have the space, you want this. Tons of storage room. We opted to put the divider on only one side to leave one side a large open space.

The holes are marked so if you follow the instruction you won’t have a problem. It has lots of storage room and feels durable so we are planning to get many years out of it well made.
