Helps alleviate pain!
I got this in hopes it would help with my elbow pain and it definitely does. It feels well and it’s not overly tight. I have elbow pain from cutting hair for 9 years and this worked its magic. Pop on when I’m in pain and let the elbow sleeve do its magic. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice elbow sleeve for muscle relief!
Compression Elbow Sleeve to aid in muscle recovery. Provides reflief from aches and pains. I tried this for my tennis elbow and it was helpful, though I needed something with a tighter fit. My arms are very small/thin. I am 5'11 and 145 lbs. I liked the feel of the fabric, was breathable and didn't make my arm sweaty. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some elbow support, just follow the sizing recommendations to insure a supportive fit!

Useful for everyday use
The Tommie Copper Compression Elbow Sleeve is a good accessory for people who need extra support for the elbow area. The sleeve is made of good quality material and fits well on the elbow. I didn’t have issues with it sliding down because it stays in place. It is super lightweight, and the material is breathable so it’s comfortable. It has targeted compression which I like using it during or after a workout.

This seems to work
This seems to work with controlling pain in my elbow when performing strenuous exercises. I hut my elbow somehow and when I did certain range of motion with it, I could feel some uncomfortable pain. I tried this and the pain and uncomfortable feeling pretty much went away. I did fell like my elbow had some sort of support while wearing this. I will continue to use this while I train.

I am going to try and make this 200 characters but its a simple product to understand! You put it on your arm or elbow when your feeling tightness or swelling after a strenuous activity! I gave it to my dad to try out and he said it fits comfortably and seems to do the job.

Excellent for strength building
I used this as I was working out lifting some 5 pound weights. It came in handy as I hit my elbow the day before and it was kinda sore. I helped alot as I was strength building my arms. Good Fit!!!
