Read the fine print! Only compatible w Tonie 2

We bought for my son’s Christmas and unfortunately it didn’t work when he put it on his box. Turns out it is only compatible with Tonie box 2! It does say on the box but in tiny print! So sad. So diappointing

From tonies® US team
Hi Chelbyok, thank you for sharing your experience. We aim for every Tonie gift to be a success, and we’re sorry this one missed the mark due to compatibility. The interactive features of the Tonieplay Controller require the updated technology in the Toniebox 2. We hear your feedback about the visibility of that information on the box! Please contact our support team at https://support.tonies.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so we can see how to best help you and your son. Happy listening!
