I realize that was my mistake but it's an easy mistake to make especially since the all the plastic bottles I've seen in the store are 750 ml.

I'm not sure if I received a bad batch or if it's just the taste of the syrup. I have other flavour syrups and I have never tasted anything off prior to this one.
