It's worth paying the couple extra bucks for Ghirardelli. Great taste and it's thicker like real caramel. The other brands I've tried have the consistency of water and not as strong of a flavor. This one is the best.

Ghirardelli’s caramel sauce is the perfect drizzle for coffees and ice cream. It’s delicious! I love Starbucks caramel macchiatos and lattes, and use this when I make them at home. Tip: Store upside down in the fridge to make it easier to squeeze out.

Love this caramel on ice cream and iced coffee. It tastes just like the caramel they use at Starbucks. I especially like that the bottle it comes in is easy to use you just squeeze it and it drizzles so well without making a mess.

I love the Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel sauce, but Target doesn't carry it anymore apparently. Tried this plain sauce once & never reached for it again. Can't seem to find the superior sea salt version or the vanilla sauce. Hope Target brings them back because this is just mediocre.

This syrup tastes good, but it’s so sappy sweet, and it’s hard to mix into a drink because it’s so thick. I think I’d prefer something a little thinner and a little less sweet. And it’s very difficult to get out because the bottle holds a lot of air, the syrup is so thick, and the opening is small and tight. On more than one occasion, I’ve found that the air in the bottle squeezes out so hard (before the syrup comes) that it makes my drink splash/spill.

I originally bought this for my coffee, but I've been eating it with sliced apples too, it works really well for dipping since it's so soft and the butteryness reminds me of caramel apple caramel. Way better than others I've tried as it doesn't have a weird texture or plastic taste like some others do.

I always order this online and Target does a good job packaging them individually in a separate plastic bag to avoid spill even though the OEM packaging has a seal already under the cap. The caramel taste is also great, we use this in our espresso daily.
