Q: Is there a way to hang / mount this mirror without having the hooks exposed? I don't really want to see the hooks and nails.

A: Most pictures show the mirror hung without showing the hooks and that can be easily and safely done by hanging it with a wire tied to the hooks, exactly like the video of the product shows.

This mirror is beautiful but extremely heavy. The description says it weighs 6 pounds but it’s closer to 10 pounds. I am deciding whether or not to keep it based on the weight. It would definitely need to be attached to a picture-hanging nail which goes directly into the wall framing- not just the dry wall. Other than the weight - it’s a beautiful mirror.

Purchased/hung in April of 2020. About a month ago the gold paint on the frame began to crackle/bubble. It has not been exposed to the elements, the sun does not hit it at any time of day, I have not cleaned the mirror with anything but windex & have only dusted the frame, I’ve never applied any chemical to it. If this was a $20 piece I would not write a critical review. But I was trying to avoid buying cheap, junk decor for my daughter’s nursery. I thought I bought a quality mirror given the price (you usually get what you pay for). I wish I could get my money back.

Exactly what I was looking for, ideal size and color, plus the mirror is free of distortion. However, after getting the mirror on the wall and rearranging the entry space, I noticed a thin white line (on the black mirror) in several spots on the facing edge ... too perfectly even to be scratches, but looks like glue oozed out of the laminated layers. So I either have to tote it back to Target and order a new one (risking a distorted mirror), or repaint this one. they should have caught this in QC.
