A: The cushion on the Trelis chair is soft enough to sit on everyday for long periods of time, but not too soft that it will loose shape or not support you while sitting in it.

Super mod burst of color in a comfy chair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chair as a reading chair for my son's room. The color is perfect and vibrant and adds a sparkle to the room. The seat is oversized and the cushion is soft. The fabric is brushed and soft to the touch. It took minutes to assemble, I just has to screw in the solid wood legs.

This is a great little accent chair perfect for my reading area. The cushion is firm and it needs an accent pillow for back support. But it is what I expected it to be and it’s a great chair for a small reading space. Easy to put together fabric looks nice.

You could do better
Very affordable and nice mid-century style. But the chair upholstery looks cheap in person (made in China). So you get what you pay for. It's also smaller than a normal mid-century arm chair, so check the measurements and try to picture how it'll fit in your room.
Functionally, one leg is shorter than the other three - so much so that it can't be leveled even by extending the adjustible leg on the bottom all the way. So you have to go out of your way to buy spacers or washers and longer bolts to level out that one leg.
If you can get it level (either via washers or spacers) it should be ok. It feels realtively sturdy. Might be good for a child's room. But I wouldn't make it a centerpiece of a nice room you are designing.

Replaced my sturdy vintage tweed chair with two of these. They arrived in a large L shaped box, were easy to assemble (just make sure you put the two different sized legs on the right position). Instructions were easy to read. Style and color are fantastic. Some people have shown broke legs on their chairs but I would actually say the legs are the highest quality part of the chairs. The material is almost like a micro suede but of low quality. Sewing quality isn’t the most even. And the seat is wider than I thought it might be for the price. But when you sit is when you really feel the cheap quality. The foam seat is pretty hard but feels of super cheap material. They are not uncomfortable to sit on, don’t get me wrong. I just think you get the quality you pay for with these chairs.
