Turtle Beach VelocityOne™ Race Wheel & Pedal System

This being first Racing Sim equipment Ive purchased I thought it was the nicest piece of equipment. It worked for 30 minutes, then began not starting up very smoothly. Now it won’t start up at all. It just flickers. All updates have been done on the unit, I’ve spent $40 in new cords. Assembled reassemble it off of my seat and stand assembly. Now I’m waiting two days just to get a response to my technical support ticket. No phone number to call for direct contact. More than likely I’ll be returning all equipment and buying another Brand. All this after recommending it to my son before I actually used mine. He has had his for a day and it seems to be working fine. It could be just an anomaly but still disappointing.

I went from a dual motor to this direct drive system and the difference is amazing in all the right ways. The only downside in my eyes is there’s a tiny bit of side to side play but when operating you don’t even notice it. And my brake pedal dead one had to be almost maxed out and the sensitivity lowered almost all the way for it to function properly, all in all 5 stars

Reason 4 out of 5 stars, Xbox console and turtle beach lacks on Live Telemetry for any console games especially Forza Motorsport 2023 and Forza Horizon 5. That's why I bought this specific racing wheel. Hopefully in near future it can support for console. Everything else is good, pedals, shifter, Multi-Shift works awesome

So ein Gesamtpaket für den Preis mit Direct-Drive und Load-Cell Bremse ist echt ein klasse Deal, wenn die Qualität nicht so schlecht wär. Ich konnte nicht eine Runde damit vernünftig fahren, weil das RaceDisplay nicht funktionierte und das Force Feedback total ruppig, stockend wirkte. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung.

Incredible mechanical performance, and the feature set is awesome. The update process (UNPLUG YOUR PEDALS DURING UPDATE), and initial understanding of the system is rough. Aside from that, this is 100% worth jumping into from a G920/923 etc.

Lenkrad ist gut verarbeitet, Force Feedback ist toll. Bremspedal geht zu leicht, kann scheinbar nicht eingestellt werden. Wird leider von vielen Spielen nicht unterstützt.

Overall I am happy with the VelocityOne Race Wheel, a feature rich product that ticks a lot of boxes. It is evident that some corners have been cut to keep the price down, such as build quality of some buttons and switches. I just hope these stand the test of time and if the worst happens, Turtle Beach support these components if they do happen to fail. There is potential for this product if additional wheels or even button boxes are to be released in the future. Fingers crossed this happens, as a larger round wheel would be nice for drifting.

Bought the wheel when first released. It is a huge improvement over the old g920 I had for years. The feedback through the direct drive makes the experience so much better. With the 920, it was impossible to control a skid with the turtle beach and its mechanics, you have a chance to save it. This increased the enjoyment of gaming considerably. The only drawback so far is when the motor has some fair usage, it seems to lose all control. The wheel starts jerking from side to side and the on screen display (the car wheel and hands) move in a blur. This causes total loss of control and I have to close down the console for a time. This has cost me a fair bit time in lost races and having to restart. I love the feel and quality, but this issue really disappoints. I have attached a video to show what happens and hopefully, this can be resolved. Playing forza on Xbox series x.

I had a entry level steering wheel and decided to upgrade to this one, HUGE diference and I love it, the ffb is amazing, the RMD is very nice and the buttons helps constumise everything so I like. Amazing.

Velocity One is the most exciting wheel setup to hit the market. It is so detailed, cool and a literal spaceship of gaming. Thank You for bringing it about Turtle Beach !
