[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Standard issue 18 bag has been great so far. I love the design and how it stands on it's own even when the main compartment is open. Speaking of the main compartment I love the amount of open space and easy access. There are also many useful organizational pockets throughout the bag. The top pocket is great for quick access items. I often put my phone and earbuds in it. There is a nice padded pocket on the back for a laptop or tablet. My only gripe with the bag is sometimes the zippers don't seem to pull as smoothly as some other bags I have. Overall though way more positives to this bag, and I would recommend to others.

Have received many glowing comments from family, friends, and even strangers. Only non-positive comment is this product was a warranty replacement for another larger UAG backpack so my 15" notebook does not fit in the side computer pouch so I have to put it in the large interior space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not bad at all but it is smaller than I thought. When I tried to return they said I could but that I had to pay for the shipping. I went to go ship it and the shipping was almost as much as the bag so I had to hold onto it.

I had this backpack for a minute and the zippers on the main compartment broke. This was my go to EDC. So, I decided to get in touch with Customer Service to see if they could help me out. I kinda figured it was past the manufacturer warranty but to my surprise they still honored it and sent me a brand new pack.
