A: The Udderly Smooth Body Cream Moisturizer does come with a pressure sensitive seal which can come off while opening the screw cap. If there is absolutely no seal, then we do not recommend using the product and you can reach out to Target for further assistance.

A: Yes, Udderly Smooth Body Cream is considered cruelty-free. According to the official FAQ on the Udderly Smooth website, the company states that it does not engage in animal testing nor contract others to perform animal testing for any of its products.
I had exactly the same experience! I ordered 3 jars of Udderly Smooth and when they arrived, the bottom of one jar was cracked. The lid of the 2nd jar was unscrewed part way and it appeared as if the 2nd and 3rd jars were only part full. I returned them and suggested that Target check with the shipper regarding quality control. Can't help wondering if shipper kept the jars from the previous buyer & reshipped them to the next buyer...me!

Product is wonderful. Shipping Sucks. It does clean. Utterly Smooth is a great product. I paid to much for this item.
I believe the shipping on this product was incorrectly done. It arrived with a cracked jar and the cream in the bag. Out of curiosity.....I used my old jar and put almost every bit of it in it. Then I found out the jar couldn't have been full. My jar was a little over half way full. Either it was broken before it ship or it had been previously used. Now I got to take time out of my day. Pay a bus to go get the label, since I don't have a printer, spend my money on a bus there and back. Repackage it and ship it back. Oh well, I have nothing better to do..
