Good
We really like your products and have purchased them several times. However, we would like to make one suggestion. It would be great if all hanger models were available in every color and size. At the moment, it is quite difficult to find hangers of different sizes in the same color scheme. We hope the product range will become more versatile in the future. Great hook for entryway
Sleek, modern and discreet. Perfect For our small entryway, installed one next to entryway closet for the kid’s Backpacks, jackets and winter gear. Now they can hang up their own stuff when they come Home from school.

Understated and classy wall hook
Previous owners had a dark longer wall hook and I was so delighted to find the theee hook shorter ones. We repurposed the longer one in another room. Very sleek and good wuality

Great quality- fantastic product!
Fantastic wall hooks! I have three of these in my home. They are sturdy, well built, fold away hooks. They come with everything needed to hang them easily. Order process was seamless. This item works well anywhere as hooks fold away when not in use so no danger of bumping them.

Great look but production quality is a problem.
Not all the holes to install them are at the same space. I bought two Flip 3 Wall Hook. They look great and fitnperfectly with the new bathroom design. When was the time to install them, I mesure the holes in the back as a reference to drill the holes in the wall. It was 9 ½ inches. I drill the 4 holes, install the anchors and the screws. I install the first one quickly. The second one didn’t fit. After a few monutes I fou d that the holes in the back are at 9 1/4 inches and not as the one I measured. As they are in a straight line, I had to moved them and drill again.

Almost too sleek for guests
We have this flip wall hook in two lengths and colors now - one for our entryway and one for the bathroom. We love the sleek look and how the hooks tuck away if they're not in use. One funny drawback - and the reason I gave this a four star review - we have to show people they can flip out the hooks to access them. Otherwise, our guests try to hang all their coats from the one or two hooks that are already in use. We look forward to using this one in the guest bath for hanging a fluffy robe.

Great design. Poor quality control. Sanding unfinished and one coat of paint so you can still see wood. Replacement came same way. Try harder Umbra. You are not honouring the designer with this shoddy record of quality.

Umbra 3 flip wall mounted hook
Recommend! Substantial yet slim, sturdy without bulk, convenient hooks fold down or flip up out of the way. I purchased 2 and mounted each on the back of guest bedroom doors. Very satisfied. Suggestion would be to provide a template in addition or instead of the paper ruler that’s enclosed with the product. A template would have simplified and sped up mounting this hook rack.

Excellent features
I bought a flip 5 wall mounted hook for our newly remodeled bathroom but needed a smaller one for next to the vanity. The flip 3 is just perfect and looks absolutely wonderful and works exactly for what I need! Great purchase! Highly recommend.
