Q: The photo shows a tall basket that has a narrow foot print. The one I received has a large foot print but is not very tall. Am I missing some trick to convert it to a tall basket?

A: Insofar as I can tell, there's only one way to use the product. I expected a top-open product, based on the photos. What I got is a side open. Ie, it's large foot print and not tall. Bummer.
