Trash can be pretty

Omg!! I absolutely love my step open trash can! Its soft close feature makes disposing of garbage effortlessly quiet. Not to mention, its beautiful design effortlessly complements my kitchen decor, and the bonus of 20 free trash bags was such a thoughtful touch.

Decent trash can, had to use 13 gallon size bags though, 8 gallon is not deep enough!

The trash can is decent, arrived packaged well, and looks very nice. We purchased 8-gallon trash bags from BJs and they do not even begin to fit! The 8-gallon bags are about 1 foot short, so if you dump something heavy in there the bag falls right down deep into the can. For this trash can you either need to find tall, slim bags, (then an 8-gallon bag MAY work) or use the 13-gallon trash bags. We used the 13-gallon trash bags that we use for our other trash can and they were long enough and they fit perfectly. I can not attest to durability yet as it just arrived today and all we have done is set it up. Also, the picture of the trash can shown is off in scale somehow, it appears much wider than it is deep, and this is not the case. Yes, it still is rectangular, just not as dramatic as in the picture. Just something to be aware of it you are hoping for the exact look of the picture, that being a tight, wall-hugging trash can.
