Q: Can you recommend a brand of 13 gallon bags that works with this? the ones I have don't go wide enough to open across the top.

  • A: stretching it is not the problem as it fits around the perimeter, it's just not talk enough. so yes, the standard 13 gallon bags do fall inside of it. you will need xtra large bags.

    Damaged

    I purchased two trash cans that were scheduled for delivery today because I needed them urgently. Unfortunately, both items arrived without any protective box or packaging and were delivered dented and damaged. I am very disappointed with the condition of the items upon arrival. Since they were not properly packaged, they were damaged during delivery and are not in acceptable condition.

    Poor design- Trash bag falls into can

    Poor design, trash bags fall into the trash can once you start using the trash can, like you know, a trash can. I've changed bags, I've changed how I place the trash bag but it doesn't matter. Whenever the bag is even halfway full, the bag starts sliding down into the trash can. What is the point of a trash can if I can't use it? I didnt sign up to be failing to fix the trash bag every time I want to throw something away.
