Q: The lids won’t shut . I turn it off and when I turn it back on the lid opens. I push the close button it will shut but then immediately reopen.

    Comparing to the old version, which was genuinely better and came with liner…this one does have the linger ring, so the top is more narrow. Didn’t realize how different it actually was til I got home. A pro in general is how easy it is and quick to open with a hover/wave.

    Missing battery cover

    I purchased the trash can in store. It was in a box, so I assume, all is well. Once opened there was no instruction booklet, no trash bags like others shared in their photos, warranty sheets, nothing. I attempted to add batteries but, the batteries fell off. The battery cover was missing altogether. So here I go to return/exchange for one that isn’t incomplete.

    A motion sensor trash can is a game changer to be hands free / foot free and opening the trashcan. We’ve had for 2yr and no issues. Occasionally it may get stuck or confused but a simple on off has always fixed it.
