Buy plug separately- otherwise it is great
I was actually very skeptical of sensor trash bins but this was a pleasant surprise. I have been using it for a few months now with no trouble at all. Be warned though- you need to buy the plug separately.

Works well with batteries - 13 gallon is perfect in the kitchen - keeps stinky trash can smells inside the can. Read the product details - clearly states the adapter is “Sold Separately & Not Included.” Very convenient when cooking and your hands are covered in something... looks good enough not to hide under the sink - love this can!

I was excited to purchase this to find that the halo adapter is not even included. It can be purchased for at an additional cost. I feel a trash can of this cost should include it. The trash can itself was underwhelming.
