Not only product but Excellent Driver
I've just received the product and already love it. Its simple design, holder for a bag, and the functionality to open and automatic closure, etc. are great! Also very reasonablly priced. I'd like to enphasize the extremely kind Driver's service. She carried it up to my floor (3rd), which REALLY helped me because of my current physical limitations. She did it not because asked but volutarily (this building is for seniors) with a smile. I can count this experience in the very rare instances of customer service actions in the U.S. This event in the morning made my Sunday brighter. Thank you so much!!!
