A: I've found that the 4 gallon trash bags are too small. They don't stay around the top of the removalble liner. I switched to the 8 gallon trash bags, which are a little big but it works.

A: if you go by the dimension, 15.64 x 9.65 x 12.15 that is 1833 in3 (cubic inches)... that is roughly 30L (?) so 12L is less than half...

Item is great! Customer service not so much.
The item itself is great! It works perfect and the soft close lid is so nice. My review is only 4 stars as the trashcan that I bought was the last one of its kind and it had a dent in the side of it. It didn’t ruin the functionality of it, but it definitely altered the appearance. I asked at checkout if a discount was possible since it was the last one in stock and was met with a rude no which made me feel dumb for even asking.
