The brush is great quality but there me something weird with the edge of the pan itself. It has a weird bump so it won’t go flush against the floor and makes it impossible to brush what you’re cleaning up into the dust pan. Makes it pretty pointless.

The wedge lip that should press flat to the ground arches upward significantly, so only the outer corners touch the ground, making it entirely useless as a dustpan (trying to sweep dirt onto the pan results in sweeping dirt under the pan). Too cheap to bother trying to return by mail, so its just going straight to the landfil unfortunately.

Lip on dust pan does not lay flat, Not able to brush dust or any other debris onto dustpan, goes right under. Need to angle it about 80° to lay flat on surface, which at that point it's useless. Waste of 12 bucks, cannot even return now as it's used.

Dustpan that don't pick up dirt. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying it, so don't. It looks beautiful but it doesn't pick up every day mess in the house. I'm going to trash it and buy another brand

Can't believe I'm reviewing a dustpan. Thought we got these down pat a while ago. The pan is too LONG and/or bendy, so when you put it on the floor, bends up in the middle and the dirt just goes underneath the pan. Save your money!!

The brush works great, but the dustpan is warped in the middle which makes it very difficult to get all the dirt. The bottom Portion doesn’t all touch the ground at the same time. Disappointed in this one.
