Lid Doesn't Close
Super frustrating. Was in need of a new bathroon trash can and instead of just purchasing whatever I could find at a nearby store, I ordered this online as I really liked the style and the size. Unfortunately, after unboxing it and pushing the pedal to open the lid, it wouldn't go back down. The lid just stayed open. I tried inspecting the item to see if something was obstructing the small lever under the lid in the back, the pedal, and the lid itself. Nothing. I also tried to manually close it shut and it would still pop back open. Can't believe I spent $50 on a trash can that can't even close properly- and that was the sale price! Now, I'll have to lug it back to the store for a return.

Very nice, sleek little bins
Perfect size for laundry room. Bought two - one for trash and one recycling. They are lovely colour and finish. Would recommend.
