Should have been rolled!
Love the rug, but hate the creases and waves. My 9x12 rug is soft, beautiful, and seems to be well-made, but it was folded into a cube shape for shipping. 48 hours later, it’s still so wavy I can’t put my furniture on it yet. My hair dryer isn’t up to the task of smoothing out all the waves, and my back isn’t either. I may have to pay professionals to get it flat enough to use it. There goes my bargain price!

Soft quality rug!
We love this rug! The colors and design are just as shown. We have sort of a mismatched room of furniture but this rug makes it all come together. It adds warmth yet is still light enough to keep the room from feeling dark. Oh, and it feels good on the feet! I was worried about that ! Not super soft but soft and good quality.

Nice rug , bad curl
Nice rug, beautiful color but I’m having trouble getting it to lay flat. I’ve had heavy objects on for days and it still wants to curl . I’m hoping in time it’ll go flat.
