For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

My 3rd Rug!
I absolutely love this rug. This is my 3rd time purchasing this same style because I love it that much. Even with pets I've never had an issue using the shampooer on it. Great price too!

Soft Area Rug

Color is nice
This rug is not a soft shag, a little rough on bare feet, but it fits my purpose. I like the khaki color. I purchased their padding for 139.00, which I would not do again, it is not padding, it is felt. I went somewhere else and purchase a 7/8” padding and now the rug has support and is soft to walk on.

Feels kinda cheap/rough, but it looks nice enough. Definitely not the softest rug I've ever felt. But maybe over time it'll soften up with wear from walking on it, vacuuming it, etc.
