You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

This rug is not a soft shag, a little rough on bare feet, but it fits my purpose. I like the khaki color. I purchased their padding for 139.00, which I would not do again, it is not padding, it is felt. I went somewhere else and purchase a 7/8” padding and now the rug has support and is soft to walk on.

Feels kinda cheap/rough, but it looks nice enough. Definitely not the softest rug I've ever felt. But maybe over time it'll soften up with wear from walking on it, vacuuming it, etc.

This rug is exactly what I was looking for. It is of good quality and the price is very reasonable. It's hard to find this size. I ordered 2 others from other companies and sent them back because I was not happy with them. This rug is just the right thickness and it is soft.

Heavy, plush shag rug. My kid wanted a teal-colored rug, which was a challenge to find. I saw some on Wayfair and Amazon and ordered one, but it was basically a towel. Thin and super light weight. This is not like it - it's a solid rug and very soft and thick.

Found this rug for our new family room layout. Fits the room perfectly. The only reason not 5 star is that it is taking a long time to settle flat, and the color is a little lighter than the picture indicated. Otherwise, we'll make it work. Love that it got here so fast.

I'm very pleased with this rug! The color is beautiful and looks very close to the image here. The rug laid flat very fast, and has nicely finished edges all around that give it a quality feel. It vacuums well, it was very inexpensive for this size/quality, and most importantly it looks great in my living room!
