Super disappointed that the lamp isn't white.

Beautiful lamp but the base is cream and the shade is off white. Website picture of the lamp is super White Ceramic Table Lamp. I was so disappointed :-(! have been on hold from 2pm-6pm and also requested for a call back but nothing yet. Hopefully customer service will get back to me soon.
