Dark RUSSETS too greasy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been comparing different brands of the dark russet potato chips. Yours is good as far as flavor and caramelization goes. However I prefer a little thicker cut of potato and a less greasy finish. I always transfer the chips from the bag to a container I line with paper towels. How much grease and the discoloration of the paper towels help me form my opinion.
