Vellux Weighted Grey 13 Lb Blanket

Got the 9 lb terracotta, which is more pink than orange. For me at 5’2” / 140 and wimpy, it’s a good weight, feels snug rather than trapped and unwieldy. The fabric is more mesh-y, like a fine-gauge sweater, soft but I fear snags especially with cats. We have a larger and heavier bearaby in the house, and this is nearly as nice for a fraction of the cost (though it is all polyester). The edges roll less on this one too. It did have a plastic-y smell when I took it out of the bag, but a trip through the steam refresh cycle in the dryer and all good. Very happy!
