I just tried after review. It’s been only a day so I will find out what’s the difference. However I’m not sure the smell of pills. It smells chemical plastic strong so is it normal for vitamin B?

I'm satisfied with this vit B. As it says, it is a complex from B1 to B12 in one pill making it easier to take instead of swallowing multiple pills. It also has CoQ10 in it, which is a plus. Regarding to taste, it has no taste or smell.

I've given this a try
I've given this a try to replace my usual vitamin B supplement. The ingredients and nutrient levels seem to slightly surpass the one I was taking, and it works just as well. I've felt my mood overall increase in the past when I started taking vitamin B, and this wasn't any exception with the slight possibility of a tad more energy on certain days. The body of the pill is a simple rounded capsule, which was different from my prior version, but fits well and was easy to swallow.

Great Product

Just how legion does everything else they have produced a great B vitamin complex. It is easy to take, hits the noticeable dosages and their customer service and quality are great. It does not have any taste.

I'm not really one to really feel the difference when I take supplements. My doctor suggested that I take vitamin B. I've been taking it for about 2 months and have already bought more. I can't tell you that I have more energy or feel better directly due to the supplements; but it is part of my daily routine and I feel good overall incorporating it. I take one pill in the morning; I was thinkjng about going to 2.
