Not adjustable.
Nice but not adjustable. They will work for my wife but too small for me.

Run Small
Nice earmuffs but when I put them on, they are a bit small and too short. If I am wearing a ball cap, they fit tight and don't cover my ears enough even after adjusting them all the way out.
