Wall Mounted Drying Rack White - Brightroom™: Folding Pull-Out Steel, 36.42" Height, 10lb Capacity, Adult Assembly Required

I don't know how well this works because I couldn't safely install it. Whoever designed this clearly never tried installing it. The wall anchor locations are difficult if not impossible to mark and screw in with the folding rack already attached and in the way. The folding rack needs to be attached AFTER the frame is hung on the wall, but that would only work if you had the clearance on each side to screw it in (I did not) when it could have been easily designed a different way. Even if you get that far, I had two of the wall anchors screw right through the drywall while tightening them, so I now have 8 huge holes where this thing should have been hanging. And, even before attempting to hang it, the wire brace holding the folding rack popped out of its holes repeatedly (like in other reviews), so that part needs a redesign. Rather than moving the whole thing over and making 8 more holes in the wall, I'm returning it and looking for something better. A better design would be to have the frame hang on wall anchor screws already screwed into the wall with keyhole shaped holes, rather than screwing it directly into the wall anchors while someone else holds it up. Or have it attach to brackets that are attached to the wall separately, like a curtain rod. The folding part of the rack needs to be attached after the frame is already on the wall. And that part needs a more secure attachment to the wire brace. The thin flexible metal is going to pop out all the time. Really annoyed to have wasted time trying to hang this, only to be left with a wall needing to be patched.

I’m so happy I bought this. It takes up the least amount of space possible, yet holds a ton of clothes on it. There’s a reason it sells out often! HIGHLY recommend!

This is such a great option if you’re short on space. Our washer and dryer are in a closet, so we don’t have a full laundry room. This rack mounts perfectly to the wall across from it and folds away when not in use, which keeps everything neat. I mainly use it for air-drying my Lululemon pieces, but it’s also handled heavier items like patio cushion covers and bath mats without an issue. We mounted it with the included drywall anchors and the installation was easy. So far, no complaints at all — it’s sturdy, convenient, and exactly what we needed.

Looks sturdy but I ordered it in white and received it in black. Sometimes these third party companies aren’t good.

I like that I can mount it on the wall to save space.

The concept of this is great, but the execution? Not so much. I wanted this to be secure as wet clothes can be heavy, but the drill points missed the studs in my wall. I hung up two 1x3 (painted white to look less obnoxious) and then fastened the rack to those, instead of using the included drywall anchors. (If doing the above, you'll need different screws for hanging up the rack.) Some of the paint was peeling up on arrival, and there was some scuffing, but not the end of the world.

The inner bars are warped, as you can see in the pictures. The paint was also scratched/chipped. Hanging this up was a bit of a pain too bc the hanging holes do not allow any "give". There is no oblong hole to allow you to move the rack once the screws are in to level it out. I hung mine over a sink so hanging this still while leveling and drilling was not easy. I guess I can't complain too much considering how much this cost. It does what it needs to do but it doesn't look very nice.

The piece arrived fully assembled, and is high quality especially for the price. It looks nice, works well, and saves space.

Looks great and folds out of the way. Holds a decent amount of clothes. I’ve had it for about 2 or 3 years and it still looks brand new with regular use. Best of all the price is affordable!

I am so confused by the mixed reviews on this. I am in love with this wall mounted drying rack! It looks pretty, holds a lot, and is very sturdy! And you can’t beat that price. Don’t discontinue this one target!!!

I love this item! We redid our laundry room and this was the perfect drying rack while being space efficient. Great quality!

I honestly love it so much. Space saver

I have two problems with this product. First, I ordered two of the same color, and the finish on one is crackly. At first I thought it was supposed to be that way, but then I unpacked the second and it was perfectly smooth. It is also not as shiny, so maybe it didn’t get sealed properly. I’m hoping that doesn’t burn me down the road. Second, the support hinges pop out of the hole easily, so I’m constantly having to put it back in. I love the overall idea and execution of this product. They are HEAVY and sturdy, and they don’t just fall down on you. It seems very secure. I do also wish there was one more hook higher up so they don’t have to hang so low while in use. I got these because I had to leave my beloved IKEA ones at our old house when we moved, and they sadly no longer make that model.

It’s surprisingly well-built for the price point. I love that the frame is metal and the dowels seem to be nice quality wood (don’t have to worry about splinters and/or damaging clothes). It seems bigger in person, too… but that’s probably because our laundry room is so small. This is exactly what we needed to make the most of the space we have. Highly recommend.

The idea of this is fantastic unfortunately it won’t even open up. As other reviewers have said…it is defective! I was hoping that those reviews were wrong but they were spot on!

Definitely defective like they say. Metal release doesn’t release or the measurements are off on it or something. It gets jammed and requires extra force to open. Haven’t even tried to hang it but I’m sure you would rip it off the wall with the force it needs to open it. Scratched paint as well.

Seems like all the more recent reviews are having the same issue. I’m on my second one of these and both have been defective. They don’t open/close as they are intended to. The metal ball is wedged in on both of my purchase attempts and the metal is clearly scratched up before even attempting to open. It’s junk. Safe your time and money until they fix whatever this consistent issue is. Shame too because it’s otherwise perfection.

I bought two of these after the first one was defective. The second one had a similar issue. Both were so hard to open and close that i was afraid I was going to rip it off my wall if I installed it. It was scraping the metal off the frame. I was really excited about this, but the quality control is awful.
