    I still can’t believe how many people haven’t tried Rule 1 by now. It’s been my go to for years now! Great taste, mixes nicely (no chunks), and great prices. I mix a half cup of egg whites with two scoops and it’s the perfect post workout shake every time!

    New formula

    I’ve been using this product for years. Just received my new container with the claim new look same great product. Taste is different, texture is different, doesn’t mix nearly as well as it used to. I’ve recommended your product to many people and am sorry to say that I will never purchase this product again.

    Excellent quality

    Rule 1 is a great protein powder. I have stomach issues and this is one of the very few powders that doesn't make me sick, bloated or nauseous. The taste is great on all flavor and it mixes well. Highly recommend!

    My favorite brand of whey protein

    I was not a fan of the birthday cake, which just tasted like an overglorified vanilla, and I wasn't a fan of the strawberries and cream, which tasted too artificial. If you want a good strawberries and cream whey protein, buy the Optimum Nutrition. So why did I give this five stars? Because all of the other flavors I have had are amazing! The Smores, the Salted Carmel, the Mint Chocolate Chip, the Chocolate Peanut Butter...I love them all. I guess no brand nails every flavor. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. I've already purchased a couple more that I haven't tried yet.

    Amazing Protein Powder

    Very good protein powder. All of their flavors taste very good so do not be afraid to try them. My only wish is that they would refrain from using soy lecithin in the blend and food colors in certain flavors.

    It's the best tasting protein. with all the different flavors, I never get bored! I remember when protein didn't taste that great; but now its a smorgasbord of yummy flavors. I'm 68 and I want to keep my health and strength/energy as long as I can

    Honestly after trying, probably 100 varieties of protein over the years , and especially Vanilla flavored. Rule 1 wins out taste, mixing quality and ingredients.
